About me

Just a little bit about myself

ME

I currently attend Loughborough University, studying Sport and Exercise Science. I have always had a keen interest in sport and have represented East of England, Hertfordshire, Haberdashers' Aske School for Girls and Loughborough University 1st team at lacrosse. I have therefore always looked at training and eating from an athletes point of view. However, my interests have now shifted to looking at health and fitness for the general population.

Since getting into the gym, a story you can read about in my post 'where it all began' , I have found a passion for training and eating cleanly. I love the feeling you get after a workout or after eating a tasty but healthy meal. I want to share my passion and knowledge with others as I believe my story is extremely relatable. As well as training myself I love to help others. I am more than happy to give any advice on sessions or healthy meal plans so do let me know if you are interested.
